Quick and easy After calling two other dealerships much closer to me and being told they couldn't get me in for 2 or 3 more days, I called Klaben. I was greeted promptly when I pulled up. Joe French quickly showed me to an inviting waiting room where they had fresh coffee, donuts, juice, soda, a business area and TV to pass the time. I got to visit with my favorite Sales guy, Kenny King while I waited. He took time out of his day to sit down and chat for a few minutes. They figured out the problem immediately and replaced a part to fix my issue. They washed my car and I was out and on my way in less than 2 hours. No one wants to visit a dealership service department, but if you have to, Klaben makes is very comfortable. More
20000 service I dropped my vehicle off the night before an 8:20 service for 20,000 miles. I had to call the dealership at 4:30 to see if it was done. If the job looks to take some time he always has a rental ready for me. Mike does a great job in keeping in contact with me if they find anything wrong or if further work may be needed. While checking out we discuss what we may need to do on the next scheduled service day. I would happily recommend Mike. More
Multiple issues with 2016 F-150 Service has been helpful. Although when the truck was brought in before, issues were ignored and the rental car that I was received was a total mess. I am very grateful that they keep in contact with me as the customer but I have my concerns with having this many issues since only having the truck starting in October 2016. Being in the military and have additional duties, I can't afford to miss any meeting or scheduled flights. More

Great work, but it took too long. The response with scheduling an appointment and when I arrived was fantastic. I explained to Anthony that I was almost 30 minutes early for my appoi The response with scheduling an appointment and when I arrived was fantastic. I explained to Anthony that I was almost 30 minutes early for my appointment and could come back, but he said it would be fine, which was great. But it took over 2 hours for my 10,000-mile oil change and tire rotation! I'd actually dozed off in the waiting room! When I got up and walked around, I noticed my car sitting outside finished (no idea for how long). I strolled out to Anthony's desk, but he wasn't there. I actually saw my bill laying on his desk and when someone became available, I explained my situation. Mona profusely apologized and stated that they are not supposed to simply drop the papers, but let a service rep know it was done. She immediately completed my billing and as I was leaving, Anthony happened to be returning from lunch. When he asked about my service, I explained to him as well what had happened. He too apologized and said it shouldn't have happened. I appreciate both service reps stepping up like this, but it doesn't appear to have been their fault. I've always bought had all my cars serviced at Klaben and have always praised their quality of care. I hope this is simply a fluke occurrence, or if not, maybe they should invest in some recliners? ;-) More

Two vehicals for service made easy My wife and I brought both my F150 and her Focus to have oil changes and service to her broken antenna. Our service guy Mike which we have used for yrs got her antenna fixed but put the new on for her himself. Two oil changes and tire rotations a couple of cookies and coffee and we were good to go.
