Issue with stalling I had a fantastic experience with Klaben per usual. I was experiencing my car stalling when it was idling. I texted my sales guy Jeff T. and immediat I had a fantastic experience with Klaben per usual. I was experiencing my car stalling when it was idling. I texted my sales guy Jeff T. and immediately, he responded, got me in to their service department and even picked up my car at work so I was not inconvenienced ONE bit. He had my car washed, and back to my work prior to leaving with the issue resolved and also had my recall done. We are waiting for the parts of the second recall, but Jeff already told me when the part comes in, he will pick my car up again at my work so I am not inconvenienced. As a teacher, it is difficult for me to take off, or take time to drive there and sit/wait for my car to be done. Jeff made my situation so less stressful!! More

They tell you what needs to be done and what can wait. In the past I did not have my service performed by a dealer, usually used an independent garage or did it my self. Dealership pricing has become more reasonable for some repairs but for others I can still do it myself for a lower cost for parts and still use quality parts. I tell my friends that if they are driving a Ford they should try Klaben for service. More

Awesome Experience Took my Fusion in for its first oil change since buying it used. The Service Dept was clean, indoors, and easy. Everyone was very helpful and there was a large waiting room with comfortable chairs, some table chair sets, and some work stations with free wifi. They even provided coffee and donuts. Even the buying experience was amazing when I purchased the car. My mother (who was with me at purchase) has the same car but bought from a different dealer, and she commented on how much better the experience was at Klaben. I felt comfortable beginning to end both buying and servicing the car, and the service prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this dealership for anything from buying to servicing your car! More
