BOUGHT A USED FORD EDGE In June 2016 I bought a 2008 Ford Edgefrom Klaben Used cars. Per their recommendation, I bought the extended warranty plan. I love the car and had no In June 2016 I bought a 2008 Ford Edgefrom Klaben Used cars. Per their recommendation, I bought the extended warranty plan. I love the car and had no problems with it until I noticed a persistent squeak coming from the rear of the car. My husband felt that there was something amiss with the suspension and or wheel bearings. I made an appointment and took the car in to the Ford service center. I will not go into great detail here about the problems I encountered with the warranty, the important take home point here is that Klaban stood by their car and gave me excellent service. They took care of me as if I had bought the most expensive new car on their lot. I can't tell you how pleased I am with how they treated me! I will never buy a car anywhere else. Thank you so much for your honesty and customer service above and beyond my expectations! More
