Mona Crooks was absolutely wonderful! I got my appointment date mixed up, and was actually a week early. Mona got me right in, despite the fact that I was early. I was having "issues" with my brakes, another nationwide chain was unable to diagnose the problem. Have dealt with Klaben and Mona Crooks in the past, and have always been very happy with the care and service. I am never advised to purchase and/or fix things that are not necessary. Everyone is friendly and helpful at Klaben. My husband and I purchased a vehicle earlier this year from Klaben, and when another vehicle is needed we will definitely buy from Klaben again.
