Great experience. Drove 5 hours from the Virginia Beach area after talking in detail with Buddy about a vehicle for a few days. Buddy was responsive, understanding, and provided me with everything I asked about the vehicle prior to my arrival. Easily the best auto purchase I’ve ever had. Never felt pressured which was the most important item for me. I sent out a few inquiries on Car Guru and Buddy responded with some quick info and a video of the car and told me to contact him with questions. EVERY OTHER DEALER hounded me day and night to the point where I blocked them. I will actively seek out Buddy and Koons Chevy for future automotive purchases.
