Buddy is awesome! He works hard to make sure his customers are happy with their purchase. The manager & the cashier Cas were super nice & easy to talk to. Not a fan of the finance manager- he was not personable, and I do not recommend dealing with him, I asked to look at the contract one more time after we signed everything and he told me he couldn't pull it up, it was on the thumb drive. It made me feel like he wanted me to just leave his office, he didn't even try to shake my hand at the end or offer me his business card. (Normal things at the end of a car buying service.) I know they have another finance person who is nice & I wish I could have used him. More

I unfortunately had a problem with my 2018 Colorado Z71. I was on my way back to NJ when this happened. Tom in service assured me he had me covered. Offered me a competitive price for my trade, after sending the information and pictures. Ran my credit and offered the Chevy 2.9%. And when I got to the dealership (I fully expected to get the runaround on price, financing and the trade) Ethan had the paperwork ready. We took the truck for a spin. Signed. Went into finance, signed and switched a few things over from my truck. It truly was what the car buying experience should be. The Sales Manager (Martin Simon) even came out and thanked me for my business and asked how Ethan treated me. Oh yeah, I should add, I live in Berlin , MD, 2.5 hrs away. Would I prefer to buy closer to home? YES! But the eastern shore right now still thinks it’s Covid time, there is no internet and everyone is desperate for their 4 cars. I can’t rave enough about my experience. More
