I believe that my service tech provided me with outstanding service which included intervening between myself and my insurance company . No matter how many times I contacted him he was consistently outstanding service which included intervening between myself and my insurance company . No matter how many times I contacted him he was consistently courteous and patient with me....which seems to be a rare exception nowadays . As well, everyone at the zkoons service Dept also was very friendly and helpful so I would not hesitate to return if need be. More

Please stay away they act like they care until you buy the vehicle then they do everything they can not to help it took almost 2 months to get my paper work from them then they said that the problem I had the vehicle then they do everything they can not to help it took almost 2 months to get my paper work from them then they said that the problem I had couldn’t be fixed because the paper work said it only covered it for 30 days and told me to look at the paper work when they realized they didn’t send it to me they said they would over night it but still wouldn’t fix the problem. There are a lot of dealer ships out there you don’t need service like this. More
