Probably the worst customer service in the service department Ive ever encountered. Purchase a Chevrolet Traverse here and it has been nothing but problems. Recently had misfire issues and the service department Ive ever encountered. Purchase a Chevrolet Traverse here and it has been nothing but problems. Recently had misfire issues and the service department here is completely incompetent and cant figure out the issue. Spoke with service manager Dan Hasselberger who was completely dismissive and acted as though the intermittent issues we are having are completely normal. This guy dan has your typical car salesman approach and personality. Buyer beware, not only are the vehicle unreliable from Koons Chevrolet in White Marsh, but when you need service, they cant/lack the proper knowledge to properly diagnose and repair it.
