I had a great experience at Koon’s Chevrolet. My salesman was Nic and he was patient, professional and took time in getting to know my needs and expectations. I had previously visited another dealership in Bel Air, Md. who obviously did not meet the same standards. I left with my new Trax very happy with my purchase. Nic is an exception young man. What I appreciated most was his relaxed attitude, no high pressure to buy. He wanted to make me happy and comforted with every aspect of my purchase.
