I believe that my service tech provided me with outstanding service which included intervening between myself and my insurance company . No matter how many times I contacted him he was consistently outstanding service which included intervening between myself and my insurance company . I purchased a vehicle which still had 3 oil changes remaining , but I was told it was now out of the service contract after I was assured that it would be honored when I purchased the vehicle. The service adviser was great. But I was unhappy with the tech that did the work. He left grease all over the front fenders and drivers door. I had to bring back the SUV that I just purchased due to a battery problem. Erin in the service department was absolutely wonderful!!!! Not only did she take care of everything, but she also arranged for a battery problem. Erin in the service department was absolutely wonderful!!!!
