Jay (Jarilton) helped us pick a suitable model. He had a deep knowledge of all the Volvo models on offer, and he patiently answered all our questions. He was honest and we never felt like we were being "sold." Erin helped us through the leasing process, and she similarly spent time explaining everything to us. When we brought our Volvo for its first routine maintenance service, the staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. The service was completed in promptly.
