The lack of professionalism of this employee is unbelievable. He takes after the general manager, Jared Dively wo is unfit for his role. There's no need for disrespect, you're in a service role. I can say, I have personal relationships with other employees of the dealership and can vouch for them, but I cannot recommend Lakeland VW based solely on the downfalls of this individual. He lacks customer service skills and needs training. More
