By far the best Volkswagon dealership in the state of Florida ( trust me we have been to a lot looking for TDI's). We bought our daughter's car here 2 years ago and the same people that helped us then were still there. Folks, that says a lot about a dealership. Horrible Experience. They treated me awful. I had called service office twice to ensure my appt and warranty work would be performed efficiently. Upon arrival they didnt even know why I was there. Then being lied to and refused to share information with me. On top of it all my car was damaged, so I immediately reported to the manager. That's correct no response. Overcharged me for the service I needed done and didnt care to explain it to me. Awful what happened VW More

But no ...it’s going to cost me a pretty penny, and their first excuse? They were “trying to get me on the road”. Yup real helpful aren’t they. So no I don’t recommend, and yes I will travel out of my way not to deal with these guys again More
