We had the pleasure of working with Hiram to purchase our newest vehicle at Lakeland Volkswagen this weekend. When I first called and Hiram answered the phone, he quickly answered all of my questions, was ve newest vehicle at Lakeland Volkswagen this weekend. We did not live close to this dealership but they had a vehicle that checked all of our boxes so we wanted to make sure all the ducks were in a row before making the drive over. Hiram greeted us and spent quality time with us making sure all of our questions were answered so that we knew everything there was to know about the vehicle and he was not pushy AT ALL. He was a breath of fresh air for the car buying business as we felt so comfortable and not pressured. Once we decided this was the vehicle for us, Hiram and Jeff were able and willing to work with us to reach a deal we were comfortable with. When picking up the vehicle, Hiram had everything in order and ready to go and even went above and beyond to clean some spots on the car that he felt like needed cleaning. Hiram has been with this specific dealership for over 15 years and is a major asset to this location. We will for sure be contacting and referring him to friends and family for all future car buying needs. More
