Dealership was good. Not a knock my socks off, but good. Little crowded when you walk in, with the way the desks are situated in the service area. Also compared to other dealerships with service centers, the cost to get an oil change and a separate charge to rotate tires is considerably higher here at the VW service center. This will be taken into consideration for my next oil change. More

Maintenance —when you pay for oil change most dealers include tire rotation in pricing-plus your maintenance agreement @ purchase is 24 months every 10,000 miles. Turn around for this particular repair need took a week because a battery needed to be ordered. Repair was completed and pickup transportation was provided from my customers home to the dealership for veh because a battery needed to be ordered.
