I was an out-of-state buyer so most of the transaction was conducted over the phone and internet. John Hrad was my sales consultant; he was helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. When you are buying a higher end car sight unseen, you need to rely on the sales consultant to give you the straight scoop. When the car arrived is was exactly how John had described it - no surprises. John gave me an initial shipping estimate, but when the actual cost came in $200 less he passed the savings along to me. Mike D at Lambo Dallas is best sales guy ever! I'm not a fan of dealing with sales people who are pushy, smaltzy, lie, cheat steal, and will sell ice to an Eskimo to make a deal......so in general I'm not a fan of dealing with sales people who are pushy, smaltzy, lie, cheat steal, and will sell ice to an Eskimo to make a deal......so in general I don't have a good opinion of sales people. Mike D breaks that model for me! I have just purchased my second car from him and while yes the cars represented at Lambo D are top notch, Mike's attitude and way of dealing with me is PERFECT! Ask him a question, for additional information, or go to bat for you and he does it! Mike answers his phone, his e-mails, always and never once pushed me in a direction I didn't want to go. Super nice, super helpful and gave me the time to make my decision. I'm not stupid rich so I protect every dollar and have to feel right about what I'm doing when I make a high dollar purchase. IF I were Mike I'd think I was crazy with all the questions I ask, and the hemming and hawing I do before I finally just go for it. I already told Mike I hope to be back in 2-3 years with another trade up interest and will definitely do business with him and Lambo D! More
