I've lived in Huntsville a little over two years now, and have always taken my car to Landers McLarty for all my service needs. I recently had some issue with my vehicle and Service Advisor Jay Saucier made have always taken my car to Landers McLarty for all my service needs. I recently had some issue with my vehicle and Service Advisor Jay Saucier made the process a breeze. He was very attentive, communicative, and personable, answering all of my questions and helping me out in difficult a circumstance. I am extremely please with the service I received here, and will be asking for Jay next time I need help. The ladies at the desk in rentals were wonderful to work with as well. More

Sammy Williams took care of me when I entered the service center. While others were there and I could see all were busy he spoke up to say they would be with me. Enjoyed the help from the salesman Bruce, friendly and down to earth. Kept me inform during the process. Just overall satisfied with his help with the vehicle. This was found out after receiving emails and letters from the different companies that ran credit checks. That's why I rated a 4 out of 5. Overall satisfied. Shane the service advisor was super helpful in the servicing of my 2016 Frontier. Couldn't have gotten anyone more professional! The initial service was for a part to be added to the vehicle. The part didn't match the vehicle and Shane informed me and stay on top of it till the right part became available.
