Poor communication, follow up, and customer service during the buying process. The wrong paperwork was completed at purchase and I had to return later. Dealer refused to provide the VIN number until delivery to make it harder to obtain 3rd party financing. I do appreciate pricing not above than MSRP, unlike other dealers. Not to mention overpriced manufacturer accessories on most vehicles coming in now. Not ideal to be buying during the pandemic craziness - I would have waited if I could. More
