Took my Camry in for its first oil change 2nd service included in toyota care and they ended up dropping my car on a lift causing quite a bit of damage. The service department and service manager didn’t seem to want to do anything and gave me the run around. I had to take the car myself to an off site local body shop to get an estimate of the damages and ended up wasting one of my few days off with my kids. They didn’t seem to care and I have purchased 5 new cars from that dealership. My advice, find another dealership to work with because they won’t do anything right or make things right. Just overall very frustrating experience and I don’t plan to shop with them or let them do my service there again. More
