Bogus repairs A standard charge for computer diagnosis approximately $125. My vehicle supposedly needed a $300 repair. I chose to take it to a local shop, they also did a computer diagnosis (for $40) and could not find the need for the repair the dealership recommended. The local shop did no repairs, reset the check engine light and my vehicle has been fine. Additionally, the $300 repair recommended by the dealership was for a $12 part that the local shop could have replaced for less than $100 had it actually be needed. On top of that, the service agent was arrogant and obviously not happy to have a patron ask clarifying questions. More

Overly expensive for what little was done. Didn’t even clean my car after I spent $250 to make sure my 2 year old car was topped off with fluids and oil was changed/ cabin filter replaced.
