Lack of professionalism Two weeks ago I had an oil change then there was oil leak from the vehicle after the oil change. I came in today and was told that it is leaking from Two weeks ago I had an oil change then there was oil leak from the vehicle after the oil change. I came in today and was told that it is leaking from around the oil pan gasket and had nothing to do with the oil change. After I personally checked, the leak was coming from around the oil filter seal and requested changing the oil filter, filling the oil and cleaning the oil around the filter for future evaluation. This happens when the O-ring is not oiled prior to putting the oil filter on or overtightening. The manager did not agree with my evaluation but after arguing, he agreed to have the mechanic do what I requested. Once done, I signed and was about to leave but I decided to check the oil level. I found the oil level was at about half or less than the max recommended by the manufacturer and went back to ask for more oil added to reach the max level. Again I had to argue with the manager and finally he suggested giving me the oil so I can add it as I wish. I accepted without hesitation because I just wanted to leave after almost 3 hours of waiting and arguing. During the entire time I was composed and very respectful to every individual I had a conversation with even though I was not very happy with the services recieved. Excellent seevice I was extremely pleased with the courteous service I received. The service department is well organized and I have two Prius’ that I bring in. Last week Seth went out of his way to accommodate me since I had to leave the car for a few days. The manager after hearing that I lived over an hour away offered to have a driver meet me half way when the car was ready. They offer a free car wash and a shuttle service that I have used often. The staff is friendly and courteous. More

Customer Service is King I relocated to NWA in May from Southern California and, since there is no Lexus dealer in the area, I brought my Lexus 350 ES to Steve Landers for a 4 I relocated to NWA in May from Southern California and, since there is no Lexus dealer in the area, I brought my Lexus 350 ES to Steve Landers for a 40,000 mile service abd left it there while I was on a 2-week business trip. From the shuttle to the airport to my service advisor pulling my car outside so I could pick it up after hours, the service I received was outstanding. I recently brought it back to have two new tires put on and, while you can go to Sam’s Club and maybe purchase tires for kess, they don’t have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and sodas or a shuttle that will take you to your nearby doctor’s appointment. So, I will continue having my car serviced here, and highly recommend it to other people. More
