Excellent seevice I was extremely pleased with the courteous service I received. The service department is well organized and I have two Prius’ that I bring in. Last week Seth went out of his way to accommodate me since I had to leave the car for a few days. The manager after hearing that I lived over an hour away offered to have a driver meet me half way when the car was ready. They offer a free car wash and a shuttle service that I have used often. The staff is friendly and courteous. More

Customer Service is King I relocated to NWA in May from Southern California and, since there is no Lexus dealer in the area, I brought my Lexus 350 ES to Steve Landers for a 4 I relocated to NWA in May from Southern California and, since there is no Lexus dealer in the area, I brought my Lexus 350 ES to Steve Landers for a 40,000 mile service abd left it there while I was on a 2-week business trip. From the shuttle to the airport to my service advisor pulling my car outside so I could pick it up after hours, the service I received was outstanding. I recently brought it back to have two new tires put on and, while you can go to Sam’s Club and maybe purchase tires for kess, they don’t have a comfortable waiting area with coffee and sodas or a shuttle that will take you to your nearby doctor’s appointment. So, I will continue having my car serviced here, and highly recommend it to other people. More
