Mark, thank you for taking your time to leave a constructive criticism response to the survey, and we greatly appreciate your business. When we purchase used vehicles at the auction, we do not always get Spare Keys or the Door Codes for the lock. Unfortunately, we cannot pay for these items, as we did not buy it with them included. All of our used vehicles are retailed AS-IS unless it's a certified Toyota. Most Importantly ( Information Left Out of Your Review) - I recall that we discounted the vehicle $2,000 from our online asking price, which was at 97% of the vehicle's actual market value. We did not have to discount this vehicle based on the aggressive market, but we wanted to be sure we gave a local business man a great deal. The $2,000 we discounted the vehicle should more than cover the $300 to Ford for the second key FOB and Door Code. We also scheduled several visits for you to look at and test drive the vehicle to your home and overnight. One visit you came, the individual demo'ing the vehicle had already left, and we successfully scheduled two other visits for you to view it. The other option you had locally most likely did not discount the vehicle as much as we did, and Ethan Bagwell was very helpful in coordinating your purchase over the two week period. A lot of work and infromation was most definitely left out of your review. Please reconsider editing your review to be more accurate in describing your purchase. We appreciate you and all feel we performed in a 5 Star Manner in every category. Being friendly, cordial, and selling you the vehicle. I don't believe you would have purchased the vehicle if you were not happy with the deal.
