Not pushy. Very friendly and helpful. Worked with us on our trade in value. We had to ask about the CARFAX where it showed a wreck. Very friendly and helpful. Worked with us on our trade in value. We had to ask about the CARFAX where it showed a wreck. More
You can always expect good service from Toyota dealership but what I got so pleasantly surprised about was the level of service I got from Eric Perkins. This being my first venture in leasing/ buying a car, but what I got so pleasantly surprised about was the level of service I got from Eric Perkins. This being my first venture in leasing/ buying a car, he did a phenomenal job in helping me out and answering all my questions and then some. If you are looking for buying/leasing/financing a Toyota, then look no further than this dealership, and, in particular, get Eric to help you out with the beat deal and service! More
If you sell or trade, and they owe you money, be sure to ask how long it will take to get paid. It has taken over a month (and counting) to get my change of a little over 2k. I called and they said they were having trouble getting the title for my traded vehicle. Seems like that's their deal, not mine. Otherwise the sales team did a good job and I was treated right as far as the car buying experience goes. More
Sales experience was okay. The follow up not so much. My vehicle had 2 warning lights come on before I made it home. The salesman’s response to me letting him know was “they’ll fix it”. I traded in a perfectly good car and now have to spend my one day off sitting at another dealership for my car to get fixed. I’m not thrilled. More
I never had my car serviced there yet. I’ve been waiting over a month for parts to get in and I’m not very happy about that. I’ve been waiting over a month for parts to get in and I’m not very happy about that. More

We went in to “look” at 3 vehicles and met Jon. He was a joy to work with, he took his time (even in the heat). During the negotiations, we received a great deal and walked out with a vehicle that was badly needed. The buying process was fast and easy. I now understand why they were so busy. A friendly and professional staff makes a huge impact. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Landers! More
I came in for an oil change. As far as I know, that bit went fine. But I was informed that during the inspection of the vehicle, they had discovered a "cracked and leaking CV boot", and that the repair would be 900. It was painted as a dire situation. Unable to afford the repair, I took the car home, and decided to shop around for price. However, the repair report didn't tell me which side the damaged cv boot was on. I attempted to contact Landers to find out, both by calling and sending a message via the Google business page. Both the voicemail and the message have still never been answered. Finally, I decided to shop around for a repair. I took the vehicle to three different places, and each one said they found nothing wrong with the cv boot beyond normal ware, with no need for repair anytime soon. I'm not sure if I was being upsold on a repair I'll need eventually, or lied to, or the techs were mistaken. But the combination of never hearing back and a seeming mastaken diagnosis left a bad taste. More
