Tim the service manager was very helpful in getting to the bottom of our problem. Once it was properly diagnosed he was able to get the necessary parts and have the suspension issue resolved. Disappointed in Toyota. I took my 2020 Toyota Hybrid in for service today no scheduled appointment, The service advisor Jeff M. was absolutely great. He got my car in and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
