Set up appt for recall repairs and informed them I was coming from out of town, drove an hour to the lot to turn in car, they fixed all but one recall and had to order part. Not happy I have to make a sec coming from out of town, drove an hour to the lot to turn in car, they fixed all but one recall and had to order part. Not happy I have to make a second trip… should have checked recalls against inventory and save me a trip and a day off work … xxxx poor management More
