Car buying almost always takes longer than we The day we bought our new Chevy, Sales Rep Paul DiTolla really went above and beyond the call of duty. Car buying almost always takes longer than we expect and we made the mistake of leaving home without my husbands diabetes medication. During the paperwork process, he began to show signs of a low blood sugar episode. Since we were between vehicles (plate off our old car and the new one not yet ready), Paul jumped into action. He quickly put us into his car and took us home for my husband's medication and stopped along the way for a burger, averting a possibly dangerous low sugar episode. When we got back to the dealership, Paul completed the paperwork process, gave us a hands-on tutorial on the audio system and we went home in our new car! Paul saved the day!! More
