I just bought my new Lexus from Tommy and he was truly great to work with! The whole process was easy and comfortable from start to finish. Tommy really listened to what I wanted and worked to get me the great to work with! The whole process was easy and comfortable from start to finish. Tommy really listened to what I wanted and worked to get me there by finding a car that was on order. He kept me updated every step of the way until it finally arrived. He also encouraged me to try another version of the RX that I didn’t think I wanted. He wanted me to try it so I wouldn’t leave wondering if I had made the right choice. He was absolutely right - driving it actually reconfirmed my choice. There was never any pressure, just good advice and genuine effort to make sure I ended up with the right car! The dealership itself was also top-notch. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process, was friendly, professional, and made everything incredibly easy. It was a great experience all around. Tommy is a great guy to work with and I would absolutely recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus! I couldn’t be happier with my new car! More
