The dealer had a very fair price on a certified pre owned vehicle and were great to deal with. Marc Bales was exceptionally pleasant to work with, and I could not recommend him more strongly. Fred and team at Lexus of Chattanooga exceeded my expectations of buying out of state. I had been searching for a particular Lexus 460 GX and had been unable to locate in a 150 mile radius of my hom expectations of buying out of state. I had been searching for a particular Lexus 460 GX and had been unable to locate in a 150 mile radius of my home. I had been told that this particular package was not available. This lead me to go on internet and try to locate one myself. After spending weeks searching, I finally contacted Fred Fortson at Lexus of Chattanooga. Even though he did not have on his lot, he stated he would do his best at locating vehicle. Within 24 hrs., Fred had located GX and worked with other dealer to obtain. He was able to work with me on a great deal and even had GX delivered to me by technician to go over new features. This level of service was exceptional and I highly recommend Fred Fortson at Lexus of Chattanooga. More
