Recently I brought in my original '99 RX-300 for a couple of problems. Steve Lasker, my service advisor, provided me a loaner RX-350 while investigating my car issues. In no time at all, Steve called me and advised me of the problem. He had my car back to me by mid-afternoon and fixed the problem. Just a quick word about the dealership: everyone I encounter is always very pleasant from the sales personnel to service folks. Also, the waiting lounge is very nice.
