Excellent Experience, couldn't be better! My wife and I were looking for a one or two year old Lexus and stopped by the dealership just to see the cars and take a test drive. Tom Hakimi waite My wife and I were looking for a one or two year old Lexus and stopped by the dealership just to see the cars and take a test drive. Tom Hakimi waited on us and, after looking at a few vehicles, we took a test drive in a sedan and also a crossover (RX-350) since we weren't sure of which car we would be interested in. We told Tom that we were not there to buy, but just to look since we had other makes of vehicles that we also wanted to see. Of course, he encouraged us to buy a Lexus, but there was no high pressure from him. He encouraged us to come back and work with them on a price once we made a decision. We left and the next day we did go and look at and test drive some other makes of vehicles. Our decision was to go with the Lexus RX-350. We called Tom and worked with him and his manager over the phone to come up with an agreeable price. The following morning we met early at the dealership and they had our vehicle ready for us. We worked with the finance manager (Juan Illera) to complete the paperwork, then met with Tom's co-worker, John Moriarity, who gave us a VERY THOROUGH introduction/review of all the gadgets and info on our new RX-350, including walking us through and doing all the personalized setup of the vehicle. The day after our pickup, Tom called us to make sure everything was AOK and to see if we had any questions. In addition, he invited us back for further training or clarification on any of the vehicle's setup or operation. During our visit, we were introduced to their incredible auto service waiting room which included a large screen TV, very comfortable seating, a massage chair, and free coffee, soft drinks, bottled water, donuts, cookies, and other food items. All very first class!! Everyone we dealt with was very professional, personable, and well trained. We commended them several times on their great staff and excellent facilities. Bottom line: EXCELLENT!! More
