She is also a true technology specialist, and very patient when explaining how everything works to me, a technological neophyte. I feel like I found a new car AND a friend! The dealership, through an excellent sales lady, worked very closely with me to get the car I wanted, at the price point that I wanted. The process was painless, as the sales lady (Mandy Patterson), was nothing short of excellent. She knows the product better than any sales representative I have previously had and took a great amount of time to work me through all of the options and how they work and function. She worked carefully with me to set the car up just the way I wanted. Without question Mandy made the buying experience painless - for both my wife and myself.
