Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Improves pick up times I Went in for a standard maintenance. The dealership improved their pick up times from the last time my husband picked up my car. They did refute my husbands account of the pick up times but I know that he did text me quite a few times about how long the wait was and i’ve also experienced waiting for a while between them texting when it was ready and actually being able to pick it up (not as long as him though) but I was pleasantly surprised that it only took a couple minutes to get the car this time.
