Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I am grateful that Lexus provides loaners when servicing our cars. The Loaner dept however needs better organization .Either it is understaffed, or the staff are not motivated to do their job description. T our cars. The few times I went into their office it was empty of staff and stayed that way for at least 10 minutes. I did leave a brief note for Ed about this too. Thank you anyway Bobby and Ed. More
