At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I called on a Friday regarding the 2025 NX 250 and 3 were available . On Saturday morning all three were just sold. Sierra and the sales manager worked it out a deal for a 2026 NX 350. I had an appt and it took 4 hours to repair my car and also it was extremely expensive . They charged almost $700 for labor.
