At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Horrible service. Car wasn’t ready when they said it would be and they never reached out to tell me it wouldn’t be ready. The service rep had an attitude. They never provided any proof or official estimate of the “damage” they claimed they found. They just wanted me to pay $2k without asking any questions. Also did not get the complimentary car wash and my car was somehow dirtier than when I dropped it off. More
