I asked to speak to the manager and she assured me about the precautions being taken due to Covid, for my car. Just terrible service! Arrived at my appointment time and waited 45 minutes until Juan who was extremely unhelpful told me they were going to get started and would take an hour to an hour and a half. That to me was crazy I was already there 45 minutes and my car was just being taken in. He explained they were running behind and I replied with yes understandable but I should have been told that 45 minutes ago when I arrived not after waiting already. At that point I was stuck do I leave and just wasted time getting there being there and getting nothing accomplished or do I stay and waste more time. I ended up speaking with a manager who was very helpful and moved my vehicle to the front of the line so I could leave. Lexus needs to work on expanding to people what’s going on. More
