Five stars cannot do justice to Liberty Subaru. If I could give them 10 stars I would and they'd be worth every one of them! Salesman John Clarke is the ONLY salesman I have ever encountered in 47 years could give them 10 stars I would and they'd be worth every one of them! Salesman John Clarke is the ONLY salesman I have ever encountered in 47 years of buying new cars who DIDN'T ask me how much I wanted to spend! He gave me a price for the car I wanted to buy and we negotiated from there. I shopped around after going to Liberty and absolutely NOBODY came close to beating Liberty's price. They were fair with me, straightforward and there were no surprises. I think their philosophy of making a little on each customer rather than price gouging is a solid business practice that pays dividends for the dealership as well as the customer. I recommend Liberty and John Clarke in particular in the strongest possible terms. More

Of the many dealerships in NJ/NY, Liberty Subaru was the one that asked me the price I wanted to pay for my new vehicle and helped me to choose the trim and option package I wanted. Other dealerships told one that asked me the price I wanted to pay for my new vehicle and helped me to choose the trim and option package I wanted. Other dealerships told me to go to the SOA website and input my build there …and to expect $1500-$2000 premium and very long wait to receive my factory order due to inventory shortage. Mainly dealt over the phone and through email, Jeremy made the process as easy and as smooth as it could be. As promised, received the call within the 10 weeks that my new vehicle had arrived and was ready for me to take delivery. Some confusion on the appointment day to take delivery of the vehicle, yet the Team (w/Rob the business manager) was able to squeeze us in so that I can take my new vehicle home as soon as possible. More
