I had a pleasant experience in the car buying process with Brian at Liberty Subaru. My wife and I had originally test drove a Crosstrek back in July. Brian was very professional and transparent about the pricing and what we would be paying out the door. There were no surprise fees added on or anything like that. Brian communicated well throughout the process and answered all of our questions in emails. I never felt pressured at any point. We ultimately decided in September to purchase a '21 Crosstrek Sport. We picked up the vehicle when it arrived in early October and are loving it so far. It was a hassle free experience and we look forward to great service in the future. More

Before coming to Liberty Subaru my wife and I had visited 2 Honda and 1 Mazda dealer to test drive a possible purchase. At the Honda dealerships we test drove an H-RV on our own without any assistance from t 2 Honda and 1 Mazda dealer to test drive a possible purchase. At the Honda dealerships we test drove an H-RV on our own without any assistance from the salesman. At the Mazda dealer we were not allowed to even sit in a car. At Liberty Subaru we asked to test drive a Crosstrek and were introduced to Tom Quinn. He rode with us in the car and showed us all of its features. When we returned to the dealership there was no pressure to buy but we knew this was the car for us. The price offered was fair and when we picked up the car he patiently showed us all of its controls. We are very happy with this purchase. More

I traded my 2018 Forester to a 2021. I chose Subaru because of its safety record and driving ease and features. I chose to go back to Liberty for its sales and service staff who are always extremely p because of its safety record and driving ease and features. I chose to go back to Liberty for its sales and service staff who are always extremely professional, courteous and friendly. Jeff Miletta continues to make purchasing a Subaru a rewarding experience. His knowledge of what each model offers and pairing it with what the consumer needs and would like in a car made the selection a knowledgeable decision. Financing paperwork was complete and explained Fully by Rob Bontemps as were additional service plans. I highly recommend Liberty Subaru of Emerson. More
