I live local and wasn't necessarily sold on buying a new car from the local dealership (Think Big Box). I was wrong! I was able to quickly compare the competitiveness of the offer and realized it was very competitive. As a sales professional, I appreciated that. Every one is pleasant to deal with. Tom Quinn understood my needs and what I was looking for and that I needed to accomplish it quickly as my 2001 Forester was dead. This is how car buying should be. Anthony was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He never made me feel that he was trying to pull "a fast one" on me. I am somebody who really pays attention to detail. When I called the dealership I spoke to a guy named Jeff Miletta & told him exactly what I wanted. The exact color interior and exterior with all of the features I wanted was being delivered to their facility in 3 weeks. I traveled from Michigan to purchase the perfect brand new Subaru Forester. He was extremely patient with me working over the phone when I’m over 1000 miles away. He was very informative and kept in regular contact with me in regards to the car they had coming that perfectly fit my needs. He took me seriously when easily a dozen previous dealerships hadn’t (the color combinations were extremely rare). That’s why I’m writing this review- Jeff Miletta is honest & trustworthy, there’s no games with this guy. My solid experience with Jeff Miletta was worth the 17 hour drive home in my brand new Touring. I like to shop with confidence & Jeff provided that to me from the first moment. Very informative & worked with me on the price. Great dealership! More
