Who knew buying a car could be such a great experience! It's a pleasure to write this review for Brian Goon (sales) & Dave Finkel (finance)! We were looking for a Suburu having driven Nissan's, Honda's and It's a pleasure to write this review for Brian Goon (sales) & Dave Finkel (finance)! We were looking for a Suburu having driven Nissan's, Honda's and Toyota's in the past however decided to give Suburu a try after reading rave reviews. We sent emails to several dealerships asking similar questions and frankly the other dealerships were not customer service friendly. Brian on the other hand, politely responded to my emails and from there we set up the appointment. We were prepared to purchase if the price was right and also prepared for an uncomfortable haggle experience. To our surprise, it was pleasant from start to finish. Brian reviewed available cars and pricing, had us test drive the car (they drive GREAT) and the negotiations were simple with very fair pricing for both the purchase and trade-in. We also met with Dave Finkel (finance) and again simply a great experience. He was organized, pleasant and explained everything in detail. The time it took to purchase the car including test driving and driving the car off the lot on the same day took 4 hours. I'm sure it would've taken less time had we completed the paperwork online, however we were still pleased. Everyone we came across was helpful and Brian continued to respond to my emails in a timely manner! If you're looking for a great car buying experience and dread the process, I highly recommend Liberty Dealers for a pleasant experience. I would happily refer their dealership in the future. More
