He sat with us for at least 40 minutes in the car explaining all of its features and informed us of tutorials available every third Thursday of each month. He is so professional and has such a comfortable, relatable manner that it was delightful to talk to him. He did not use any annoying, aggressive sales pitches just extolled the many virtues of the Outback we purchased and we were completely convinced that we made the right decision. He seemed as excited as we were about the purchase. Dave Finkel was also very gracious, recommending a moderate coverage program (we did not opt to finance). We instead chose the 10 year coverage as we intend to keep the car forever. No pressure from anyone. Both Chris and Dave were delightful to work with. We also own a high end luxury car and our experience at Liberty surpassed this sales experience (even though you do not have M&M'sat your coffee bar) Thank you so much!!!! More
