I hadn't even shopped around and when I met him and tried out the Subaru Crosstrek, I felt as though I had made the right choice. Tom is kind and so helpful. He takes an interest in his clients and does his best to get you the best car and best rates for your lifestyle and situation. Just 6 months after I leased an Orange 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, I had a scary accident where my car flipped over and was totaled. I walked away with just a minor concussion, a small bump on my head, and whiplash. The cage completely held, the airbags kept me safe, and Starlink came on right away and even shut off my car. They were so fast in getting emergency services to me and I am grateful for the safety features and the quality of my Subaru (may it Rest In Peace). A few days later, once I knew the car was going to be considered totaled, I called Tom Quinn right away. He was concerned, glad I was alright, and worked quickly to get me into my new White 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, which had even more safety features and some upgrades for just $15-20 more per month. I was only without a car for a week. The compassion, the quick work, and the help he gave me (taking my information and filling out information over the phone while I was stuck at home due to my concussion so that it would be a smooth and quick process to sign and pick up the Crosstrek) I cannot express my thanks to him for all of it. I know that I am definitely continuing with him and Liberty Subaru in the future. I highly recommend this dealership and would highly suggest anyone looking to go there to ask for Tom. Even my mother is going back in October when her lease is up to get a new Forester! More
