They even told me where to go to get a quick oil change. I asked about the back up camera slowly switching to regular screen after I get out of reverse. Alex told me that the service department turned off the computer in the hopes that would be a quick fix. Alex said, when I picked up the car, that they are ordering a new insert (radio and back up camera view in reverse) if it is still slow to change views. More

My first Subaru! I did a lot of research to select this vehicle. As it was my first time buying a car from a dealership I was worried about getting a good deal. Antho I did a lot of research to select this vehicle. As it was my first time buying a car from a dealership I was worried about getting a good deal. Anthony didn't pressure me and I appreciated his cool demeanor and knowledge about the car. If he didn't have an answer right away he made sure to get it in a timely manner. I didn't buy the car the first day I came. I did test drive two with Anthony. After I left, I did more research and discovered that the price Anthony gave me was the best offer. I called and asked for the final price and brought the check the next day. When I got there it was a smooth and painless process. I was out of there in an hour with my new car! I had questions after and Anthony made himself quickly available. On another note, after I bought the car and had a quick question about the Bluetooth I called the dealership. Anthony was not available at the time. His colleagues were not helpful at all. I was so disappointed after all the great service I got from Anthony. The other people at the dealership I spoke to on the phone did not want to help me. I felt that they felt it was Anthony's responsibility. That is not a good team spirit. I felt alone in my quest for service. Once Anthony returned my call it was smooth sailing. Anthony was genuine, cheerful and helpful. Other than Anthony, I would not recommend or say that the service at Liberty Subaru was good. I love my Subaru! I feel they are great cars that pretty much sell themselves. The "seasoned" staff seem to be out of touch with hospitality and customer service. I witnessed myself other customers come in and the other sales people were cold and aloof.
