I was my first time buying a car and it was a very positive experience. Everyone at this dealership was kind and helpful. I decided to purchase a new 2018 Forester. Jeremy spent 15 to 20 minutes showing me ALL of the buttons and features of the car (and answering all my questions) I really appreciated this gesture. Jeremy provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. Even after picking up the car, he called to check in to make sure that everything was okay. Overall this buying experience was a very pleasant and positive. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a Subaru. More

There was no hard sell, he made me feel like he cared and made sure I was happy with my purchase (offering last minute color changes and accessories). He asked me so many questions about how I drive, what I'm looking for in my car, how long I'll be keeping it and I really felt like it was personable and done right for me. I picked up my car a few days later and it only got better. Brian went over everything in the car, not quite down to the nuts and bolts, but he covered everything I could ever ask about. Afterward, Rob helped us with our paperwork which was simple and well planned out, they even attend to DMV papers so I don't have to. Ive been telling everyone how great the car and the dealership is. Hopefully, I'll be back for one or two more, I just wish these cars were around when I was younger. I want more 5 star options to select. More

The other dealerships made me feel rather uncomfortable with their approach to selling an STI to a young female, whereas the folks at Liberty Subaru were professional and made the experience very exciting! Brian gave me a reasonable quote. He showed me all of the vehicle's features and really took the time to explain the answer to any and every one of my questions. The Forester is a great vehicle and I am in my mid-20s and not a typical vehicle for my age, but it is AMAZING and I LOVE it. Tom also assisted my purchase of this vehicle and he kept me well informed on the process and made it smooth and easy for me. Also, Dan was super pleasant to work with as well and explained to me in more detail about the vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend getting a Subaru from Liberty Subaru! More
