I found a pre-owned 2017 WRX in New Jersey and wound up talking to Cyrus Ashtyani. I was not exactly comfortable buying a used car without actually seeing it in person but Cyrus took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone and through email even if it meant he had to go out to the lot and look at the car to get the answer. He was always quick to get back to me even on Black Friday when I'm sure the dealership was very busy. The entire transaction was done over the phone and all paperwork was emailed back and forth. The first time I set foot in the dealership was the day I picked it up. Cyrus showed me the car and went over all of the features and I was in and out in a little over an hour. Great experience and amazing customer service When my local Subaru dealer couldn't find me the Crosstrek I wanted, we did an internet search on Thanksgiving day. Next day, Brian from sales called to say he had the car I wanted, even though my local dealer told me it didn't exist at any dealer for at least another few weeks. Not only did Brian get me the car, but because I couldn't get to the dealership for at least a week, and really needed the car since my other one died, he delivered the car to me, over an hour away! He was so easy to work with, and spent time with me showing me all the car's features. Highly recommend both Brian and Liberty Subaru! More
