Also went above and beyond expectations -- from individually moving 7 or 8 cars just so we could test drive the exact car we wanted to buy, to helping move stuff from our trade-in to our new car, to setting up the Bluetooth connection from our phones to the media center. He really worked with us to find the right vehicle at the right price and we left really happy with our Forester and the deal we got. Additionally, we live in NYC and Liberty made it really easy to get our new car registered appropriately in NY. Super helpful. Highly recommend all around. More

He knows his stuff- even though i think he is pretty new to the business. ...Also got to chat with a number of other employees while there - nice folks. including the owner .. I Had an older Subaru that we had bought there years ago. didn't think they would take it for a trade in based on age and all- but very pleasantly surprised they did; that took away the headache of having to try and sell that later my self- never a good experience in the past doing it myself . so happy they made that all part of the deal. Got a good price for the trade in, and also for the price of car we bought. the paper work and that end part of the deal went fine via Rob. [i just forgot to bring in my old title]. yeh i would recommend them to others.. that's why i drove over an hour plus just to do business here, even though there are several other dealers closer to home. The service I received at Liberty Subaru was far and above that of any of the other dealerships. Anthony,the salesman took time to explain everything about my purchase. He took me to the car and pointed out the different features of the car and how they worked.He also explained in detail the warrenties and other services that I had purchased. He was very thorough and this made it very easy for me to understand. Most of all Anthony was very professional in his interaction with me, he was curtious and not condicending like some of the salesman I have delt with over the years. I would recommend Liberty to anyone who would ask me about my purchase. More

This was our first Subaru so while we did have some general questions about the car Mike was helpful and knowledgeable enough to point out specific details. Mike was very easy-going and friendly. He answered all of our questions without any of that salesman pressure that we were expecting to get from a car dealership. We were also helped out by Rob Bontemps in finance. While we didn't spent as much time with him, he was still very friendly and had that same no-pressure attitude. We was very helpful and answered any questions that we had. More

Brian was very attentive and responsive to our requests. We pre-ordered the car we wanted and scheduled a pick-up time when it arrived. Brian gave a thorough review of the car's features and then turned us over to the finance department. All of the paperwork went smoothly and we were in and out of the dealership in under an hour. There are no high pressure sales pitches at this dealership. I would highly recommend Brian Goon and Liberty Subaru. More
