Impreza Lease After several visits to the Subaru dealership where I purchased my first Subaru (Forester) where the pressure to make a purchase was blatant and was m After several visits to the Subaru dealership where I purchased my first Subaru (Forester) where the pressure to make a purchase was blatant and was more like a take it or leave it scenario, I met Brian Goon, Sales Consultant at Liberty Subaru in Emerson, NJ. Brian’s approach was consultive and informative and, while I am certain he wanted to make a sale, he took the time to listen to my needs and desires in my next Subaru. While I did my homework as to the best vehicle for my needs (Good old Consumer Reports), again Brian listened and asked questions. The result was that I had the information I needed and the confidence in the dealership and in Brian to sign on the dotted line and secure a lease for another, albeit a bit sportier than the Forester (I chose a dark gray Impreza with top of the line safety and comfort features) as my next car. I was then introduced to the Finance Manager and in no time inked a deal that was a win/win. Finally I met with Serene, Service Manager and again was confident that I made the right choice as to the Subaru brand and Liberty Subaru. For the above reasons, I highly recommend anyone considering a Subaru lease or purchase to make it a point to consider Liberty Subaru. More

Excellent, Honest and Friendly service Even though my husband and I had a good idea what we wanted, Jeff Miletta sat down with my husband and I for over an hour to fine tune the packages an Even though my husband and I had a good idea what we wanted, Jeff Miletta sat down with my husband and I for over an hour to fine tune the packages and extras. He explained the features he thought we would want or should have and told us why. On other features, based on what we told him, he explained why he thought they weren't needed. We then negotiated the price and trade-in amount. We believe we did well and that he did the best he could by us. We also met with Dan Cohen who walked us through the financing and it made it easy to understand the terms and conditions and complete the paperwork (most of which he had done). After we had purchased the car and were picking it up, He spent between 30 and 45 minutes sitting in the car with us and explaining all of the features. The time he spent with us in the car was invaluable. Some of the features are not intuitive and the hands on, in-person explanation was quite helpful. I highly recommended buying a car from Liberty Subaru and in particular Jeff Miletta. More
