I was planning on getting a new Honda CRV, when my niece and her husband suggested that I consider getting a Subaru. Dan responded quickly to my inquiries about vehicles in stock and prices. He readily set up a convenient day and time for me to come to the dealership and test drive any Subaru I was interested in. The day before I arrived, and the morning before I arrived at the dealership, Dan followed up with text messages and phone calls to confirm our appointment and the vehicles I was interested in seeing. When I arrived at Liberty Subaru, Dan greeted me warmly, asked me which type of vehicles I was interested in looking at and proceeded to show me different vehicles in the showroom that met my criteria. Dan arranged for me to test drive a vehicle with him. During the test drive, Dan pointed out all the amazing components and features on the car. When we returned to the dealership, Dan answered every question I had about the car. He brought me outside to look at every car and color available on the dealership lot. The day I arrived at the dealership to finalize the purchase, Dan had the vehicle parked in front of the dealership in pristine condition. Dan was the epitome of a professional. His knowledge and expertise resulted in me deciding that I would purchase a Subaru!
