Communication was difficult, I tried to get into contact with the service center twice in the morning of the day they told me I’d be getting an update, and didn’t hear anything till 5:20pm. Thankfully, the only time I felt better about my situation with my car was when I spoke with the service manager Jeremy. He explained what was going on and told me they’d keep checking my car out.
