The day before when we showed up there, we walked the lot and walked inside and nobody even acknowledged us. We debated ever going back there. But the next day we did go back. We did decide on a different color vehicle then what we test drove and when we actually checked out the car, it was missing a couple of things the other car had like the plug in the bed and the charging pad in the console. That's what we get for not checking it ourselves before taking it home. I was not impressed with the guy who made the deal with us. He started out fine, then must have taken some meds during our deal because he kept forgetting what our deal what and why he kept going back to the manager I guess to work the deal. It was very frustrating, but we were also hungry and ready to be done, so we just accepted the terms to get out of there. If we could do it all over again, we would not have settled, but still would have bought the same model Santa Cruz. We do love our new truck. More
